Sustainable Maintenance
All of our services are designed to meet the rigorous standards of sustainable maintenance required in LEED-certified facilities and BOMA operation & maintenance standards for Class “A” buildings. We have extensive experience with clients who have retrofitted their Class “A” facilities to achieve higher energy efficiencies and meet natural resource conservation goals.
We provide superior performance in preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance for advanced electrical and mechanical equipment and systems such as water reclamation and irrigation systems, photovoltaic tracking system maintenance, high efficiency heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems, and raised flooring system maintenance.
We will have LEED accredited management in place to assist in maintaining LEED compliance, and we will proactively seek new ways to mitigate energy and natural resource usage at your facility.
